Middlesex Superior Court for Malden Cases

Serious felony cases from Malden go to Middlesex Superior Court. The main location is at 200 Trade Center in Woburn. This court handles crimes like armed robbery, drug trafficking, and major assault charges. If a case starts at Malden District Court but involves a felony that needs to be indicted, it gets transferred up to Superior Court.
